Wayne identifies and completes investments on behalf of the Funds as well as managing a portfolio of existing investments across a wide and diverse range of sectors. He also sits on the Board of a number of portfolio companies providing strategic assistance and guidance to the management teams.
He joined EV in 2006 from Aberdeen Asset Managers Private Equity where he had responsibility for investing throughout the North of England. Prior to that, he was at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance where he advised companies, management teams and investors on a wide range of mid-market transactions.
